First Paycheck from Google to Geekwhat

Good news! I’ll soon be getting my first paycheck from Google Adsense for ads on geekwhat, $100.
Back in February, I began placing ads on my site as an experiment. Looks like it’s paid off so far (no pun intended). It’s actually not a bad idea to place a few non-annoying / relevant ads on your blog if you’re a serious blogger. If you make $1 per day, that amounts to $350+ per year. Good to pay off that Starbucks fetish or a fraction of your gas expenses.
I’m slowly fighting back from broke status. :)
