You know, it’s things like this that make me realize just how lucky we are to have grown up in the Silicon Valley. People all over the world would die to attend something like this, so I think it’s important we appreciate the opportunity we’re given.

I second that. It’s also super cool of Yahoo to be hosting stuff like this (and on their own turf).
Events like Hack Day and now this, where they ‘invite visitors to their home’ is great for both the company and the community. Go Yahoo.

When I first saw: Browser Wars: Episode II Attack of the DOMs, I thought to myself, wth are DOMs? But this helped clear things up ..
